A part of me thinks it deserves to remain the top Magic card simply because it wasnt designed to be a one-of-a-kind card, which almost feels like too much artificial scarcity added into the mix

The ability allows you to use a single burn spell against one creature and then have it branch off into others similar to how a chain of lightning might spread between creatures close together
